Aleri Consulting is a boutique consultancy, based in South Africa and serving clients across South Africa, broader Africa and the GCC.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”) in South Africa, and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and similar laws in other regions), Aleri Consulting is the “responsible party” / “data controller” for personal information collected through this website.

We collect and process the following types of personal information when you interact with our website or contact us:

Information you provide directly:

  • Name and surname

  • Email address

  • Contact number (if you choose to provide it)

  • Job title / designation

  • Industry

  • Company name (if you include it in your message)

  • Approximate location (e.g. country/region)

As a guideline:

  • Enquiry and contact form submissions are typically retained for up to 3–5 years, unless a longer period is required for legal or business reasons.

We may anonymise data (so that it can no longer identify you) and retain it for analytical or statistical purposes.
